Belly Shot #1
I swear I'll talk about something besides our brand spanking new pregnancy in a few days. We're quite obsessed at the moment.I'd always promised a FAT GIRL belly shot. Because I'm not going to let the world shame me into invisibility. So here it is. Our very first belly shot. And you know what, that's all MY belly and very little baby...because it's only a couple mm at the moment.
M. says I have bloat going on. He he. Bloat.

YAY for belly shots! I was a bit too shy myself but have a few and even shared one or two.
And not to be rude... but if you care to disclose your size I may have a couple of maternity items I would willingly part with if they fit (some shirts and such)... PM from any of the sites I know you from if you are interested :-)

A pregnant belly is a beautiful thing and woman are beautiful no matter what their shape. Can't wait to see that belly grow!
Hey, you'd be surprised how much you bloat the first couple of weeks! You'll know it's bloat when you don't gain any weight but it feels kind of weird when your clothes touch your waist.
You're going *into* pregnancy with hair like that? I am SO jealous...you are going to look like Lady Godiva by your 9th month! You already have that happy glow, too =) (I'm sure you both are!)
Holy cow! I go away for the weekend, and come back to a BFP ! ! ! CONGRATULATIONS! This baby is so lucky to have TWO mommas!
Debbie's absolutely right - your stomach will start the move outwards very early on, even though there's only the tiniest little being in there. Within a couple of weeks of my BFP I had to get rid of most of my regular clothes with fixed waistbands, and I'm in stretchy waistband/drawstring waist only clothes now (plus a couple of under-bump pairs of maternity trousers). Even though I'm only 9 weeks, I've already got a bump (lined with a good layer of belly fat on the outside of course). Must start blogging so that I can post my own belly shots ;o)
PS, does it feel at all real yet??!

Hey Congratulations! I have been watching your site to see if you got a positive. I am very excited for you. I am also pregnant as well. I know we started the same month you guys started and now it looks as though we are pregnant together. Angele insisted on taking belly shots early on. I can't tell what is me, bloat or baby belly. I am definitely growing already at just over 10 weeks.
I am already not fitting into my shorts and some of my pants. Every woman shows at a different rate so it could be baby belly showing soon! The uterus grows a lot even when the baby is small and pushes things around. :)
I am so excited for you two. It's hard not to talk about the pregnancy--it's what we've been striving for all this time. :)

Yay yay yay!!! I was away this weekend and am just catching up on FF and TTC blogs, and you don't know HOW big the smile was on my face when I saw that belly shot and knew that you got good news! I've been rooting for you Seattle ladies (I'm a TTC neighbor down in Portland). Hooray!!! Now I can't wait to read all about the pregnancy. :)
