Eating out has been hard with Finn. We are adding to the list of restaurants Finn just seems to hate. Well, yesterday we had an entire lunch out where Finn didn't fuss, scream or make one of us put him in the sling until he fell asleep.
It's getting better.
We did make him do tummy time on the table. Bad mommies.

I've always said I would have married M. the moment I met her, and we've always wanted children. But we're two women and that complicates things. Fourteen years, one commitment ceremony, one legal marriage and eight inseminations later, we finally have the family we dreamed of.

That's great that you got to eat out without fussing! We have gone to restaurants since Riley was born and we tend to pick noisier places where her fussing won't bother anyone. She likes going out because she's a social butterfly. :P Lately we've brought the Bumbo so that we can sit her in it on the bench (in a booth) while we both eat. It's nice!
He's too cute, as always.
Ah, we need to remember the Bumbo.
We still had to do a lot of entertaining of our high needs child, but it was better than not being able to eat together, which is what happens more often than not.
