Finn has a new play mat! It arrived in the mail yesterday and we're so excited. So far he appears to like it. We even had scream-free tummy time. It's not buying us a lot free time, but I don't think he's really ready for a long of a period of playing yet. He's still a little guy, after all.

I've always said I would have married M. the moment I met her, and we've always wanted children. But we're two women and that complicates things. Fourteen years, one commitment ceremony, one legal marriage and eight inseminations later, we finally have the family we dreamed of.

he is so damn cute!!!
He's so lovely! What a beautiful playmat too. It took Edie a couple of days but she is *really* into hers now, so maybe he will like it more in the coming week.
