Finn didn't just roll from back to tummy yesterday. He did it six times. He's become the rolling machine. Luckily M. captured one of the rolls on video.
very cute. he actually does like a turbo roll--he uses force to get over whereas Riley's roll is more of a slow motion thing. At least it was at Finn's age.
He's so funny. He now absolutely refuses to stay on his back, except he HATES being on his tummy. He also doesn't show a lot of interest in rolling from tummy to back...he never has, so he gets kind of stuck there. Silly, silly boy!
Riley does the same thing. Always has to roll onto her tummy but gets so frustrated with not being able to move and doesn't want to roll back onto her back. :P
Hi-- I am a long-time reader (and huge fan of babycakes!) I actually have a question for you. My partner and I have a known donor as well and we have been debating what the best insem. schedule is (every day, every other day, when to start, when to do the last one, etc.) Would you share a bit about your process/schedule? You can reach me at saralewis1004@gmail.com. Thanks!! Sara
I've always said I would have married M. the moment I met her, and we've always wanted children. But we're two women and that complicates things. Fourteen years, one commitment ceremony, one legal marriage and eight inseminations later, we finally have the family we dreamed of.

Way to go, Finn! Very cute. Before you know it you'll be chasing him all over the house!
